-Over Unpaid Rent

The Monrovia City Court has ordered the eviction of Montserrado County District #9 Representative Frank Saah Foko for failing to pay rent.
The eviction stems from a writ of possession due to unpaid rent totaling $7,440. The complaint was filed by Saiku A. Fahnbulleh, who stated that Foko has not paid rent since October 2024, with a monthly obligation of $1,155.
The court’s writ commands the sheriff to remove Foko and anyone under his control from the property located on 17th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia. After the eviction, the property will be returned to the complainant.
Foko has been served with the eviction notice and has requested to relocate within two days. Representative Frank Saah Foko is a prominent member of the opposition Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC). He’s currently serving his second term at the 55th National Legislature.
