In her disclosure, Amb. Juli Endee emphasized her team’s honor and gratification to have Ms. Banica Stephanie Elliot as their distinguished Keynote Speaker for the Golden Image Award 2023.

In her view, Ms. Elliot’s remarkable achievements and extensive experience make her an exceptional role model and a true inspiration to us all.

Ms. Banica Stephanie Elliot is an accomplished individual who has made significant contributions to her community and beyond.

She holds the distinction of being the first female President of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY). Ms. Elliot earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Information Technology with distinction from the University of Liberia and the Bluecrest University College of Liberia.

Throughout her career, Ms. Elliot has pursued various professional development opportunities to enhance her skills and expertise. She is a distinguished Fellow of the Young Political Leadership School of Africa and has obtained professional certificates in organizational development, program planning, advocacy, and diplomacy, among others.

On an international level, Ms. Elliot has been associated with prestigious organizations such as the Folke Bernadotte Academy in Sweden, where she has engaged in diplomatic activities. She has also participated in the International Diplomacy Conference in Ghana and represented her country at the UN Climate Change COP 26 in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Additionally, Ms. Elliot has been recognized as a Fellow of the Getting Ready to Lead program by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in the United States of America.

This year’s Golden Image Award is part of Liberia’s 176th Independence Day celebration, under the leadership of President George Weah.

The theme chosen for this year’s edition revolves around the principles of Peace, Non-Violence, and Credible Elections in Liberia.
