Following multiple police charges

Police at the Gbarnga Central Depot have charged and sent to court Representative Josiah Marvin Cole for ordering the flogging of the Officer-in-Charge of Gbonota Clinic.
Rep. Cole was charged with Criminal Facilitations, Criminal Solicitation, Criminal Conspiracy, and Physical Obstruction of government function.
It can be recalled earlier this month, the District #3 lawmaker reportedly ordered his supporters to beat Allison Kollie for convening a political meeting at the heath facility.
However, the police said Hon. Josiah Marvin Cole’s actions contravened Sections 10.2, 10.3 10.4 of Penal Code.
Eight other persons who acted on the directive of the Coalition of Democratic Change Lawmaker were also charged.
They include: C Tarwoe Walonfah Hannah N. Kermue, Amanda Flomo Alex M. Snowe, Willimena Willie, Justine Bedell, Jr., Togbah Matthew and Junior Sackie.
