Over the weekend, Bloom Bank Africa Liberia Limited held its fourth “Aye Waste” Promo raffle draw at the bank’s remittance center on Old Road, Montserrado County. This exciting event is part of the bank’s ongoing initiative to encourage savings among its customers.
Theophilus, a dedicated staff member of Bloom Bank, shared insights about the raffle draw, which commenced in September 2024. He emphasized that the initiative is designed to motivate customers to save and engage more actively with the bank’s services. This latest draw in Old Road marks the fourth in a series of successful events, following previous draws held on Ashmun Street in Monrovia, at Redlight Market in Paynesville, and in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.
To participate in the raffle, customers are required to make an initial deposit of 20,000 Liberian Dollars. Theophilus explained that the more increments of 20,000 Liberian Dollars a customer maintains in their account, the higher their chances of winning in the “Aye Waste” Promo Raffle Draw. He also reiterated Bloom Bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional financial services to its clientele.
The raffle activities were conducted under the supervision of officials from the National Lottery Authority (NLA), who facilitated the drawing process. A spinning wheel featuring the names of qualified customers was used, with an audience member invited to select a ticket. Winners were announced based on the selected tickets, although if a name was called three times without a response, the ticket would be discarded, and another spin would follow.
The event saw several lucky winners, including Albert Gontalwon Vaye, who took home a motorbike, while Fatu Morris Shaw and Paulson Moinsema won other exciting prizes.
The “Aye Waste” Promo will continue until January 2025, culminating in a grand prize draw that promises to reward one fortunate winner with a brand-new moped, locally known as a kekeh, along with other major prizes.
The next raffle draw is scheduled for one month from now, offering customers even more chances to win. Bloom Bank encourages its customers to keep saving to enhance their opportunities of becoming the next “Aye Waste” Promo winner!
