The Offense
The suspect, Emmanuel Boe narrated to investigators: “My brother Alex and I usually sleep in the same room. After they were done with their issue, that was the time all of us slept together in the same room.”
“He (Alex) always came home with some friends (girls) in our room because he had full control over the room. I am not really living here in the room. I came from Saclepea a few days ago. Because of his behavior, our mother got vexed and locked the door. Our mother said we will not sleep in the room, stating that we will not sleep in the room.”
“On Tuesday morning after going to throw dirt my brother came behind me with his girlfriend, the victim.”
“When I came from throwing dirt, I met our mother opening the room door. I saw the girl lying down in the room helpless. I touched her, she could not move any part of her body. I decided to bring her outside in the presence of everybody. I saw white fluid coming from her mouth. My mother bought her Lipton tea, but she was not able to open her mouth to drink, therefore, it’s not my doing” suspect Emmanuel Boe narrated.
