-Replaces Moses Carter

Cecelia Clarke, a former journalist with the Liberia Broadcasting System, has been appointed as the new Police Spokesperson for the Liberia National Police. She takes over the role from Moses Carter, who has been reassigned to another department within the Police force.

Clarke, who previously worked at the State radio, is currently pursuing a law degree at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law. Her new title within the LNP is Unit-122.

In addition to Clarke’s appointment, ACP Delphine Myers has been named as the new Head of the Media Relations Section of the Liberia National Police.
