On the first of October, 2024, three institutions of the Liberian government signed a joint Memorandum of Understanding (MOI) to collaborate in the coordination and implementation of Sustainable reforms and capacity building of Civil servants across the 103 government agencies.

The three collaborative government institutions involved in the MOU signatory of the Civil Servant reforms and the sustainable capacity building include the Civil Service Agency (CSA) headed by Josiah Joekai, Liberia Institute of Public Administration( LIPA) headed by Nee-Alah Varpillah and Governance Commission (GC) head by Acting Director Pro. Alaric Tokpa.
