This, she said will be done by ensuring that significant progresses are made across every sector of the district. In her opinion, the men have failed the district, as such it’s now time for change of gender by electing a female who will serve as a mother of the district.

“Vote for me because I will be the voice of everyone across the district. I will be a voice for the women, girl, the young boys and the men as well. It is now time to elect a woman that will serve as a mother to the district, because the men have all failed the district.”

Her campaign launch was graced by thousands of her supporters from cross section of women grouping and youths, as well as elders of the district.

At the event, she encouraged citizens of the district to vote rightly, that they will not be forgotten after the elections. She said over the last five years, the district was forgotten because they did not vote a voice. With this- she said it is now time that they vote her, as she’s that voices they have long yielded for.

“Over the years, the district has been forgotten because we did not vote a voice, but it is now time that we vote a voice. If you need a voice for the district, vote for Snorte Sherman, because I am that voice that will speak for the district and will make the district second to none,” Snorte Sherman stated.

She added, “Snorte will be that voice that will liberate the district, Snorte will be that voice that will raise issues that concern the district and Liberian on the floor and lobby with my colleagues to bring development to the district. The reason the district is lacking back is because the current lawmaker is not a voice that represents the people of the district.”

Snorte further provided that her works as a private citizen in the district tell the kind of lawmaker she will be, as she has been working to improve the lives of the people of the district through various initiatives.

In furtherance, she urged the district’s residents to vote her for more women and youth empowerment, as she said vocational skills for women and youth empowerment will be the hall mark of the many developmental initiatives that will be carried out in the district.

“As a private citizen living in the district, I have worked to improve the living conditions of my people by handling out empowerment initiatives to the women and the young people of our district, so that they can be able to have something to relay on as they get other responsibilities. Vote for me, because I will continue to promote women and youth empowerment by giving them some vocational skills.”

At the same time, Snorte Sherman vowed to reduce the economy hardship citizens of the district are faced with. When elected, she pledged to use her position to lobby with factories within the district to absorb those who have the requisite qualifications and are desirous of working in the district.

“When I am elected, I will lobby with factory in our district to absorb those who have the requisite documents and are capable of working. Our district has the highest number of factories but yet our people are not working because the current lawmaker is not lobbing with these factories to absorb our people,” Snorteconcluded.

Meanwhile, scores of the residents of the district whose views were gagged, vowed to vote for Snorte Sherman as the next representative of the district, because of her work as a private citizen in the district.

He added: “We are voting Snorte because all the men who were elected as representative of the district have all failed us, and her work and relationship with the district are all sighs that she will be a better representative for our district.”

Another supporter explained: “She has been helping us the young people with vocational skills and giving out scholarship and financial aid to our less-fortunate brothers and sisters that is why we have decided to vote for her.”
