—Amid Corruption Investigation
Monrovia, Liberia – The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) has officially turned over vehicles seized from suspended NOCAL CEO Rustonlyn Suacoco Dennis to the General Services Agency (GSA). The handover follows an ongoing investigation into allegations of financial mismanagement related to the procurement of the vehicles.
It was allegedly revealed that one of the vehicles, a 2024 MG RX8 SUV, was reportedly purchased for $75,000, despite a market valuation of $45,000, raising concerns about possible misuse of public funds. Additional inquiries are being conducted into other financial irregularities linked to NOCAL’s operations under Dennis’ leadership.
The LACC says it remains committed to enforcing transparency and accountability within public institutions. The transfer of the vehicles to the GSA ensures that all government assets are properly managed in accordance with national regulations. The Commission assures the public that the investigation will proceed with due diligence.
