-Arrests Suspected Drug Dealer

Greenville, Sinoe County โ In a targeted early-morning operation, officers from the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) Sinoe County Detachment arrested a suspected drug dealer and confiscated a quantity of illegal narcotics in Japuken Town.
Acting on intelligence reports, LDEA agents executed a search warrant at the residence of Joseph Stalwart, a 45-year-old Liberian national, on Tuesday, March 25, at approximately 7:00 AM. The operation led to the discovery of a quarter plate of high-grade marijuana, with an estimated street value of $75.00 USD (about $14,250.00 LRD).
Stalwart, accused of involvement in the sale and distribution of illegal substances, was immediately taken into custody and transported to Greenville for further investigation. Following interrogation, he was formally charged under Section 14:85 of the Amended Drug Law of Liberia, which prohibits the illegal possession and sale of narcotics.
The suspect has since been handed over to the judicial system for prosecution, with authorities emphasizing a commitment to a swift trial.
