President Joseph Boakai, Sr., on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia, has extended heartfelt condolences to President Joe Biden, the Carter family, and the people of the United States of America on the passing of former President Jimmy Carter.

President Carter, who served as the 39th President of the United States from 1977 to 1981, was renowned for his unwavering commitment to human rights, democracy, and humanitarian efforts worldwide.
