…CDC Youth League alleges

Former vice president Joseph Nyuma Boakai’s assassination is allegedly being planned by Nimba County Senator Prince Johnson, according to the youth league of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC).
The CDC youth league said in a speech delivered on Thursday, May 11, 2023, through its national chairperson, Emmanuel Mulbah Johnson, that recordings belonging to Senator Prince Y. Johnson of Nimba County had been leaked and revealed the senator’s scheme.
The vice president is allegedly scheduled to travel in order to seek medical attention, however, after said visit, the vice president will not return.
Further, he asserted that after the passing of Ambassador Boakai, the Unity Party’s vice presidential nominee will assume leadership of the ticket and a different candidate will be selected from Lofa to run for the position.
