Dr. Pitman A. Kennedy ( Chief Executive Officer – SWEAT Equity & Senior Innovation Program Manager with the United States Air Force Installation and Mission Center) has charged graduates of the second Cohort of the Renaissance Consulting and Development Institute, Inc. to take ownership of their skills acquired in helping to develop their potentials in order to contribute to national and institutional development.

“Go ahead and expand what you have learned. Take ownership of your skills acquired for the last six weeks and apply what you have learned. Be an owner of your thoughts by understanding yourself and always maximize your true potential”.

The second Cohort Professional Skills Development Training Program Graduation Ceremony was held on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, at the Event Hall, Apex University of Liberia, SKD Boulevard, 72nd Community. Dr. Kennedy emphasized how patriotic Liberians have to be in helping the Country.

Dr. Kennedy continued by charging the younger generation to be supportive of one another to develop individually and as well contribute to national development.

“People must support people because development is not to be done in isolation. It’s a collaborative effort.”

In furtherance, He admonished the graduates to take advantage of their current situation to make a difference in society by letting go of the previous challenges they encountered. “It doesn’t matter what yesterday brought you but how you make use of today. You become what you think about.”

Meanwhile, Amb. John M. Gray, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, urged the graduates to make use of the acquired skills for personal and institutional growth and development. “To our smart, brilliant, and very enduring students, please be reminded that the skills and training acquired have to be actualized by you for personal and institutional growth and development.”
