-Winner to get US$8,000, Int’l trip

Tamma Corporation is expected to host for the first time in Liberia, a reality TV show called “My Dream Wedding.”

The winner of the reality show, according to Madam Krubo Niv Nwainokpor, Tamma Corporation Media Manager, will walk away with US$8,000 and a trip to any West African country.

“The winner of the reality TV show will walk away US$8,000, a surprise package and a trip to any West African country for their honeymoon; adding that upon their return to Liberia, the couple will visit tourist sites to include, Kpatawee Water Fall in Bong county, Blue Lake and the Heritage Village,” she indicated.

Speaking with a team of reporters Friday, October 27, 2023 in Congo Town, Madam Nwainokpor said that the reality TV show will provide couples with the opportunity to have their dream wedding sponsored, making their special day truly unforgettable.

“My Dream Wedding will be a reality TV show that follows the journey of engaged couples as they compete for the chance to have their dream wedding fully sponsored,” she explained.

Tamma Corporation media personnel revealed that the show will run for a specified number of episodes, with eliminations occurring throughout the series.

She narrated that the reality TV show is the first of its kind that will bring people together who are in love and wanting to take dreams to marital legality.

“The show will be a journey that will bring people together from different backgrounds, and across Liberia to participate in a series of episodes of different kinds of activities that will qualify them to allow their dream wedding to be fully sponsored,” Madam Nwainokporstated.

Tamma media manager disclosed that for a couple to be a winner, they will have to go through challenges, tasks, and obtain 250 likes on the social media, at least 250 votes to qualify for the pre-qualification, while voting will take place through the eWalle platform; stating that the process will be transparent.

According to her, the registration process begun on October 27, 2023, while the application portal also started on the 28th of October and the reality TV show will  lastfor only three weeks.

She said that interested couples will have one mouth to register with US$100, but after the registration process, audition and selection processes, only fifteen couples will be eligible or selected to enter the village, where the show will be staged.

For his part, Varley L. Kamara, Tamma Broadcast Manager stressed that there are a lot of processes, activities, challenges and tasks in becoming a winner for the first edition of the reality TV show.

He noted that for one to be able to participate in the reality show, they will have to go through an online portal to register through, but said that instructed couples can contact the cooperation on 0775619531; adding that there are service fees attached, which is US$100 to be paid through cash or eWalle platform.

“My Dream Wedding is a beautiful solution for all with the desire to take their love once to another level, but finds it difficult; saying that the reason is to make wedding dreams become reality,” Kamara explained.

It can be recalled that, Tamma Corporation hosted its first reality TV show called “National Heritage and Culture Challenge” for which the winner walked away with US$40,000.
