– Authorities say Sixty – five (65) deaths so far

Health authorities say the death toll of the recent tanker explosion in Totota, Bong County, has increased to sixty-five. It has been confirmed that there are presently 34 patients at the Phebe, 18 at the J.F.K., 15 at the ELWA, 9 at the 14th Military, and 5 at the Catholic Hospitals respectively.

Recently, Representative Briggs disclosed they some victims of the incident are secretly seeking traditional treatment in parts of the county.

According to her, the intervention of the government and all Bong citizens in the world is urgent, because of a burnt citizen whose degree is high for more attention.

Speaking with a group of Journalists, she appreciated panthers and individuals for their kind support towards Totata incidence which includes the Liberian Red Cross, WHO, National Deserter Management Team, and others.

At the same time, Bong County District #2 lawmaker James Kollah said Bong County is in tears and difficult. 

Representative Kollah claimed Red Cross, Deserter management team, and medical team reports say there are lots of items needed for the treating of burnt citizens.

According to him, Bong County needs urgent support from Liberians around the world to obtain the listed items needed to preserve the lives of burnt citizens that under treatment.
