The Youth Education and Humanity of Liberia as a women’s right and youth led organization promoting the rights of youths joined the world to celebrate the International women’s Day through fundraising to provide skills to 200 unskilled young people within Montserrado and Margibi Counties.
The program brought together supporters and sponsors to donate cash and materials to enhance young people as part of their upcoming program activities under the “Educate Her” campaign as a means of investing in girls education, retention and promoting youth empowerment to prevent gender based violence.
During the program, Medical Liberia serve as chief launcher with a financial contribution of cash while Action aid Liberia also as co-launcher contributed financially to the promotion of youth empower.
Furthermore, many other individuals and institutions ( INSURE, WEP, YOCEL, Her Voice Liberia, COWAGIL, POWER Liberia, National Civil council, LIFT, and Billie Dream Children Ministry) also contributed to the financial
