-Amb. Boakai hails his supporters, amid huge turnout.

Presidential hopeful Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai has expressed overwhelming excitement and appreciation to his supporters for the huge turnout, during the Unity Party’s campaign launch, says “Your presence have said it loud and clear.”
The Unity Party Standard bearer who appeared speechless amid the huge turnout of supporters at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium in central Monrovia, Sunday, September 17, 2023. The UP Political Leader was enraged with joy, considering his supporters’ presence at the rally.
According to him, the presence of his supporters, well-wishers and partisans at the rally sends a clear message that Liberians are now at the verge of getting a responsible leadership through the rescue mission.
“You are here today because you want a better Liberia. We are prepared to give you that country for your future. We want to thank you. By God’s help we will provide you the opportunity. You have said it loud and clear today. Thank you, and may God bless you,” he concluded.
Officially welcoming the audience, Montserrado County Senator Darius Dillon, followed by Grand Bassa County Senator Nyoblee Kangar-Lawrence in brief tone, expressed excitement and appreciation to supporters for the huge turnout.
“I want to officially welcome you here today. I don’t have much because the next President of Liberia has to speak. However, what you have done already is sufficient. Montserrado County has shown us the first round and we have it” they concluded.
For her part, Gbarpolu County Senator Gboto Kanneh in a sharp tone, thanked their supporters for their courage and support. She challenged residents of Montserrado County to Come out on October 10, 2023, and vote their political lead.
Meanwhile, the head of the Economic Freedom Fighter of Liberia ( EFFL) Emmanuel Gonquoi termed the gathering as a pre-victory celebration for the Presidency of Amb. Boakai.
“Let me say this, we are not lunching any campaign today, rather we are celebrating the victory of the next President of Liberia Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai. Those who want launch can continue, but for us, we are celebrating you Liberians for your resilience and for making the rescue team the next leadership of this country. Let’s go out and celebrate. We will win on the first ballot and Weah is former President,” he stated.
